Now as we near the end I find that I want to keep writing blog posts. I don't know how much my posts always mean to my readers, but I find they are often therapeutic for me. Perhaps that's partly why I write - to not only get words down on paper but also to be able to work through things I may be going through at the time.
For me... writing is something I thoroughly enjoy. So on this blog hop Friday, W is for write. :)
When was the last time that you sat down and wrote something?
Yup. That's why I write and blog too--it's therapeutic and has saved my sanity too many times to count. =]
ReplyDeleteYou've done so well, Jodie! I'm so glad you joined us and hope you do for the next one too!! =]
Blotting can be addictive, can't it? And definitely therapeutic. Praying you continue as God leads!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the encouragement, Joanne.
ReplyDeleteI'm glad I joined too, Patty. I'll have to come up with something in between the next blog hop so I can keep consistent. :)
ReplyDeleteWe have something in the works and it should be ready to go right after we hit Z. =] We want to keep the momentum going! =]
ReplyDeleteCount me in, Patty. :)
ReplyDeleteI appreciate the opportunity A to Z gives us to be more intentional in our writing. I've missed several weeks, but have enjoyed the times I could join in. Loved your post and, for sure, keep writing! God Bless.
ReplyDeleteI usually give up blogging when the meme is done. It seems by the time we get to the end, there is very little feedback, and that's rather discouraging to me. I enjoy the blog when a topic fun or quirky. Not sure where to go with it though. I understand about it being therapeutic. When I look back at my "A" post and then at the "V" post- quite a healing! Hang in there- you can do this. :)
ReplyDeleteWriting is my favorite! Write on, Jodie!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the encouragement, Nancy. I have been regular at posting... not always so great with commenting on others who are participating in the A-Z meme. :( Hopefully I'll soon have a little less stress and can do that.
ReplyDeleteI know what you mean, Karla. I love to write too.
ReplyDeleteGreat thoughts, Barbara. Sorry I haven't been the best at commenting.
